About this opportunity

You will be a leader of the DevOps team running scrum, managing the full lifecycle of infrastructure delivery process and creating an automated delivery pipelines that assists in building IT infrastructure more efficiently. The responsibilities of a DevOps architect include assessing, supporting, and implementing high-quality information technology architecture.


To be successful as a DevOps architect, you should demonstrate a leadership approach, solid operational experience, and the ability to problem-solve. We are expecting you to have exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical challenges in simple terms, be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends & highly innovative.


What you will do

  • The role will involve working with a diverse set of stakeholders including Infosec, Engineering and internal and external Applications Development teams to support and develop the DevOps lifecycle of both new and existing services and systems for Red Bee Media globally.
  • Using Git, Ansible, Jenkins and CloudFormation deliver system and environment automation pipelines for on premise and AWS infrastructure deployments
  • Promote and grow DevOps use by bridging Development and Operations, guiding the software development teams in CI/CD best practices.
  • Improve Configuration Management processes so that systems are delivered in a consistent fashion and can be restored from versioned configuration in an automated way.
  • Champion best practices and standards for building scalable, reliable services identifying setbacks and shortcomings.
  • Lead and reinforce DevOps methodologies, including Continuous improvement, fast feedback, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
  • Research and introduce emerging technologies and tools.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to team members.

  • Excellent technical skills but also able to see a wider business perspective.
  • Ability to consider differing technical options and select the appropriate solution.
  • A track record of implementing stable and reliable 24x7 production systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an unfaltering desire to deliver exceptional service.
  • Experience with ACI and network automation
