£55,000 - £60,000 per annum (Permanent)

Glasgow

We have an opportunity to join a global powerhouse in the construction industry who are looking for a Senior Project Manager within their city centre Glasgow office. The successful candidate will join their dynamic and highly successful team to work on a wide range of exciting projects throughout the Scotland.

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with, but not limited to, Commercial, Education. Student Accommodation, Mixed Use, Leisure and Residential projects.

The client offers a different type of opportunity to most consultancies on the market at present moment with Project Management, Contract Admin and Project Monitoring at the forefront of their business which is complemented alongside more traditional Design and Cost Consultancy.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

  • Previous experience within a construction consultancy is essential
  • MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM Accredited
  • Strong business acumen
  • Pre-contract experience would be beneficial
  • Full Driving License
  • Solid technical delivery experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of JCT and NEC3 building contracts.


On offer for the Senior Project Manager

This position offers a fiercely competitive market salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 which can be negotiated depending on experience, project exposure, fantastic opportunity for career progression plus a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance as travel will be required.
