Financial Analyst - Harrogate - £45,000 - £50,000 - hybrid working

Following a number of recent successful acquisitions, our client based in Harrogate is looking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their team.

This is a newly created role within the business where your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing financial data and creating financial models to support commercial decisions
• Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Forecasting financial results
• Support in the creation of new tools to drive the forecasting process
• Developing internal reporting and financial analysis
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decisions
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
• Providing support on key projects

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant or part-qualified actively studying towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Track record in financial modelling
• Experience of improving processes
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
