GCU seeks a Travel Implementation Lead to lead the implementation of improvements to our provision of travel management, including risk management, policy development and supplier relationships.
The Travel Implementation Lead will be expected to:
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and/or relevant experience and must be able to demonstrate experience of building and managing relationships with diverse business stakeholders at all levels, aligning services to the needs and strategies of the business, managing relationships with external contracted suppliers, monitoring and tracking KPIs to deliver service improvements to delivery customer service improvements and meet business needs. The successful candidate will also be expected to have experience in risk management and business continuity planning, business analysis, solution design and specification, and business case development.
