We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in EMEA!

The Product Manager CEaaS (Connectivity Enablement Network as a Service) is responsible for the full product lifecycle including acting as a liaison between internal and external teams. They are also responsible for staying ahead of our competition and help determining where our platform and proposition needs to go in the future together with the VP Product Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage full product lifecycle activities for core network enabled connectivity products including business cases based on market research and develop product requirements
• Work closely with other product management, development, network engineering, operations, sales, marketing and customer support teams to deliver the best in class products and solutions
• Functional ownership for core network enabled connectivity products, services and capabilities
• Determine where our core network enabled products and service need to go in the future
• Research technology, capabilities and standard trends in the telecom and IoT market
• Responsible for core network related integrations and enablement with partner carriers and BYO connectivity customers
• Responsible for connectivity services & feature developments with selected partners
• Responsible for driving continuous improvements for core network enabled connectivity products and services
• Recognize the needs of carriers, MVNOs and IoT customers to deliver a fully functional managed connectivity service
• Serve as a product evangelist to customers and KORE staff to promote product roadmap, features, and market trends
• Prioritize feature work, reviewing project launch schedules, and leading cross-functional teams with representation from other product management teams, development, network engineering, operations, sales, marketing and customer support teams to create alignment across the business
• Communicate and delivering product updates and training to internal stakeholders and customers
• Active research and knowledge gathering for new technologies, services and capabilities (cloud native core network, eSIM, LTE-M, NB-IOT, 5G, VoLTE, LBO, , ….)
• Work closely with the Sales/Presales teams to support sales opportunities through RFI/RFP responses, proof of concept, and product demonstrations

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or marketing related fields
• 7 years’ of technical experience in product development, product marketing or related role
• 5 years’ experience in a product management role managing full product lifecycle of wireless network elements
• Product management experience at a wireless carrier, telecom industry or services organization
• Demonstrable knowledge of typical IoT connectivity feature use cases

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of wireless communications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-facing abilities, including excellent presentation skills and self-confidence
