Executive Assistant - London (6Months Fixed Term Contract)
This is a great job for someone who has experience of working as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a large and complex corporate environment.
A bit about the job:
As EA within the Liquid Markets team, you will be supporting the ESG Director by providing an effective and efficient high-level executive support. The role will include the prioritisation of work, diary management, meeting management and communication, document production, quality assurance and governance.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
  • Ability to solve problems independently and pull in additional support and expertise where required
  • Experience of meeting / speaking with customers, internal and external stakeholders at chairman / Exec level
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, re-prioritisation, time management and organisation
  • Ability to work with extensive amounts of information
  • High standard of accuracy and ability to meet constant and (sometimes) tight deadlines
