Work Experience
RSM is working closely with Access Accountancy and other professional bodies to improve access to the accountancy profession. By working together and committing to measurable outcomes, we hope to deliver real change and welcome talented and ambitious young people to the profession from all backgrounds.
What can you expect?
RSM are offering an exciting hybrid work shadowing programme for those who have a desire to learn more about the accountancy profession.
This is a fantastic opportunity to find out more about the world of accountancy and to gain a real insight in to the different types of work that we do, how we work as a firm and the opportunities available to you after finishing college/sixth form.
The intended five-day programme will include:
You will also have your own logbook to complete over the course of the week, where you can record your activities and reflect on the skills and knowledge you have gained.
This hybrid work shadowing programme is open to Year 12 and Year 13 students within the UK, and is scheduled to take place 17 July – 21 July 2023.
The successful candidates must be available for the full duration of this week.

Our Recruitment Process

Entry requirements
At RSM, we don't just look for good exam results. We think passion, personality and originality are just as important. For that reason, there are no entry requirements to apply for this role.
Job Title: A Level Economics Teacher Salary: Main Grade Lecturer 7-12, 31,337-41,345 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting Contract: Full-time permanent, 35 hours per week, 52 weeks
This entry-level role is aimed at discovering talented applicants new to the IT industry and is best suited to enthusiastic customer service orientated
Supervision for projects will be available, and support may also be available from hospital audit departments. Full time - 40 hours per week (plus on-calls).
