Fixed Term until December 2023
We are looking to recruit a full time Employability Tutor to work on the LEAP project supporting young people and adults to stay within education or to access education or employment.
The main duties include offering career guidance and employability skills through 1:1 and group sessions, working with local Job Centres and other external providers, promoting progression opportunities and supporting individuals.

The successful candidate must have access to a car and hold a full driving licence, as working in various locations across Boston, Spalding and surrounding areas is essential to this role.
You will be working on an ESF funded project until December 2023. This LEAP post is financed/part-financed by the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is the Managing Authority for the England European Social Fund programme. Established by the European Union, the European Social Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations.
