Formidable IP group of a leading law firm has capacity to welcome an exceptional Trade Mark Paralegal or Administrator into their friendly London team, fully remote candidates will also considered. We are keen to hear from talented candidates, with no less than 1 years experience within a similar Trade Mark Paralegal or Administration role, who are looking to make their next significant move.
As a skilled Trade Mark Paralegal or Administrator, you'll desirably hold the CITMA qualification, relish working as part of a cohesive team and be comfortable working autonomously, as and when this exciting role requires. Managing your time effectively is imperative as you undertake an excellent variety of daily tasks supporting fee earners, a few of which include: managing and updating the records database, entering and monitoring deadlines, preparing and filing forms for applications, oppositions and cancellation actions and working with global IP offices and overseas attorneys. You will also enthusiastically, prepare draft reports for clients, cover renewals, order search reports, look at cost estimates, handle invoicing matters and so much more!
