The Role


This is an exciting new role in which the successful candidate will support the business across its various service functions. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will provide project assistance in the delivery of new client mobilisations for both our market leading Risk Management tool, RiskWise and Consultancy services.


As well as this, you will support the business in the delivery of (but not limited to) key Software, Consultancy, Innovation and Operational projects. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn all areas of the business and find their niche. As part of this project support role, you will assist in ensuring Project Plans, RAID logs, trackers and key status reports are kept up to date ensuring all projects are tracked consistently and remain on track.


Whilst learning the different areas of the business, you will become a champion of all internal systems (RiskWise/ SIMS) and proactively collaborate between teams to ensure consistent improvements are made to our service delivery. But don’t worry, full training and support will be provided.

Tasks will include:


  • Work closely with the Transition Team to mobilise S2 services for new and existing Clients.
  • Support the Technical Team on operational projects whilst providing project support to project leads
  • Develop strong relationships internally and externally to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines
  • Provide project support on cross-departmental projects by maintaining project trackers, RAID logs, plans etc.
  • Create project plans for new business tenders and propose timelines for delivery, in line with ongoing tasks
  • Manage new client relationships and provide support throughout the implementation phase
  • Administer internal systems including configuring new improvements to SIMS/ RiskWise (including some data entry)
  • Support the Administration Team with Administrative duties across the Technical Team
  • Assist the Technical Services Manager in ah-hoc Client/ Internal projects

Key skills required:


  • Strong I.T. skills including suite of Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ambitious with a willingness to learn
  • Well organised with great attention to detail
  • Experience in Client Management desirable but not essential
  • Experience in Project Management desirable but not essential (training provided)
