Tech Team Lead - .Net - Fully remote across the UK

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company. Our clients are organizations of all sizes who rely on our products to protect their business.

We have successfully grown over the last 15 years and have offices in the U.S, UK and the Europe.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team in the UK.

Are you an energetic and ambitious individual with 5+ years work experience as a software developer and are ready to get your career on the fast-track in a high-growth, tech environment?

This is a hands on lead role, 50% development 50% leading team.

Main Skills: C#, PostgresSQL, ASP.NET/MVC or .Net core, 'Azure Active Directory'

Responsibilities:

• Lead development team of 7.
• Mentor, Support and develop junior developers
• Research, design, and implement new product functionality
• Maintain and improve existing products
• Architect new features
• Work closely with other Tech leads, Senior management team, stakeholders to create and deliver industry-leading software

Skills:

• C# .NET (Combination of .NET Framework 4.7.2 & .NET 6)
• PostgresSQL
• Azure AD / Active Directory
• LINQ
• Scrum Master / Pod leader
• RESTful web services / API's
• Unit testing
• Some lead duties, mentoring of others.
