£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (Permanent)

Leeds

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Building Surveyor to join a medium-sized multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting building surveys, inspections and defect diagnosis on commercial, industrial and residential properties.
  • Preparing schedules of condition, dilapidations reports and building reinstatement cost valuations.
  • Project management of building works.
  • Preparing specifications, schedules of works and tender documentation.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Conducting contract administration duties, including certification of payments and valuations.


Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Building Surveyor role.
  • MRICS qualified or working towards the qualification.
  • Experienced in undertaking building surveys, schedules of condition and dilapidations reports.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction technology.
  • Good communication and client management skills.
  • Strong project management and report writing skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
