• Responsible for the operational management 24/7 of the Core Network Subscriber Data Management platform. Ensuring it is functional, reliable, s/3DS platforms to ensure high levels of service delivery and availability, performing activities including fault resolution, integration testing and upgrades as well as supporting partner operations.
• Responsibility for the reliability of SDM production assets - identify, manage, and resolve dependencies and risks
• Ownership of Service success through the lifecycle by ensuring what needs to be monitored and act upon performance indicators to ensure we meet business targets
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders to ensure solution design meets the business outcomes
• Empowered to define process and best practices for reliable and timely delivery of quality products.
• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of a platform from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement, CSIP.
• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Practice sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems on services focused on improving the availability, scalability, latency, security, and efficiency of our internal or customer-facing services
• Alignment with design counterpart to ensure capacity capabilities and utilisation is aligned with Network Design projections.
• Ensure new project deliveries are going through rigorous testing, defect resolution and transition to Ops is of high standards
• Support the technical domain lead and Technical Design Authority with the requirements of upcoming deliveries
• Build and manage excellent working relationship with our partners and developing this to meet our current and future needs.
