Due to an internal promotion, The Phoenix, Victoria requires a talented Sous Chef to join our team and take our food to the next level.

Located just off Cardinal Place, and just a stones throw away from Buckingham Palace, The Phoenix can cater for all. From the city workers wanting to grab a quick bite to eat on a lunch break to the tourist visiting the area looking for the best Fish & Chips in London.

The ethos behind the food is seasonal food, simple cooked but stylishly presented, with a keen focus on British food with minimal food miles. Our menu is created by our Head Chef and the chef team, so there is an opportunity to have influence on the menu for the right CDP
