This is an exciting, brand-new role working for a well-established, growing and supportive business with an excellent reputation. In this position, you will help to define the strategy, but equally you will be on the ground posting live from events, or creating assets when required. In return, you will be rewarded with the support to develop and grow your skills within a dynamic environment
Your role will involve:
· Delivering standout social campaign strategies, creative concepts, channel and content plans
· Ongoing daily management including scheduling and responding on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn - TikTok an advantage
· Writing content and building content calendars suitable for each platform and web, including SEO
· Influencer management and executing and delivering shoots and content output
· Videography - simple content capture and editing only and designing social media assets
· Monitoring and reporting on performance using analytics and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion
· Attending events when required
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
· Ability to give examples of growth on social media channels
· Ability to share examples of successful content that generated engagement and/or conversion
· Experience in relation to advertising/branding
· Graphic design experience
· Paid social campaign management
· Hubspot experience an advantage
· Excellent networking skills
