Salary: £38,570 – £41,107.50 per annum (please note successful candidates are usually appointed at bottom of relevant band)

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

About the Service

Tower Hamlets and The City of London Solace Advocacy and Support Service (SASS) provides advice and support to people aged 16+ who are currently experiencing domestic abuse. The SASS is a team made up of core IDVAs, a Duty IDVA, Department for Work and Pensions IDVA, Housing IDVA, Housing Floating Support Worker, Mental Health Domestic Abuse Caseworkers, Specialist Bangladeshi Advocate, and IRIS Advocate Educators.


About the Role

We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our advocacy and support service in Tower Hamlets. As the service manager you will ensure the provision of an excellent service for survivors of abuse in the boroughs of Tower Hamlets and City of London, balancing the demands of supporting staff, managing partnerships, and contract compliance.

We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills with a commitment to keep survivors at the centre of service delivery whilst also delivering on service targets. You will have a passion for ending violence against women and girls as well as a thorough understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on survivors.
