Senior Sales Negotiator -Hurstpierpoint - Salary: Basic £25,000 (OTE £40,000)

Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their branch in Hurstpierpoint. The ideal individual must have experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator and have experience listing properties on the market.

The role of a Senior Sales Negotiator will involve:

• Successfully negotiating offers
• Conducting Valuations
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Cross-selling
• Driving the business forward
• Provide excellent customer service

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will have:

• Experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong customer service skills
• Driven and passionate about property
• Friendly approach
• Team player
• Must be highly self-motivated
• A driving license

In return, our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator the following:

• Basic salary of up to £25,000 (inc car allowance)
• Realistic OTE of up to £40,000 (Uncapped)
• Ongoing training and support
