Robert Walters are hiring for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Birmingham office. Do you have a proven track record in recruitment? What does the Senior Recruitment role involve?

We have exciting senior opportunities within our Finance, Technology, Legal and Supply Chain teams. You will be working in teams with high growth potential and you will be instrumental in the development of this desk. This is an opportunity to join an office who have ambitious growth plans in 2023.

  • Work closely with your manager to continuously develop your business area, negotiating terms to secure exclusive relationships and retain existing business.
  • Handle a range of accounts and take responsibility for key relationships, ensuring we deliver on all client expectations
  • Manager the recruitment process from beginning to end
  • Source, select and match high quality candidates, ensuring only the best are put forward to clients for interview stage.
  • Provide guidance to other team members on all aspects of recruitment, mentoring less experienced colleagues
