What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?

You’ll work onsite with our Financial Services client based in Northampton/London, partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns (Graduate, Apprenticeship and Internship Schemes).

With a clear focus on Tech Early Careers Recruitment, you’ll support a specified business area covering seasonal recruitment supporting all campaigns and programmes. You’ll manage candidates through a selection process to agreed timelines in a fast-paced client facing environment.

  • You’ll manage client presence at target universities, always ensuring we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
  • Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
  • Oversee the screening of candidates completed by the screening and admin team
  • Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process, utilising the appropriate exercises templates
  • Oversee the offer and on-boarding of early career candidates
  • Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Manager

What do I need to succeed in this role?

Must Haves:

  • At least 3-5 cycles of experience in Early Careers Recruitment and/or Development
  • Track record of delivering campaigns and targeted solutions
  • Understanding of the Early Careers and Campus market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in Financial Services
  • Experience of developing an account from ground up

Who will I be working with?

You’ll partner with Talent Attraction Teams and Senior Stakeholders within the client to deliver these projects, working and building relationships with stakeholders in third party organisations such as governing bodies and universities to ensure your pool of candidates remains healthy.
