We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to fill a permanent position with a multidisciplinary consultancy in Central London. Our client works on expansive and exciting projects in the education, science, and healthcare industries, meaning relevant experience in these sectors will be favourable.

The successful candidate will be assisting managers to provide quality service and favourable results to meet the demands from their clients. To do this, you'll need to possess a high level of technical competency, solid commercial intellect, a thorough understanding of the main cost and value drivers, and the drive to innovate services.

Requirements:

• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Proven Cost Management / QS experience
• Previous experience of working on large scale construction projects (Hospitals, Universities, Science Labs, R&D Centres) is essential
• Rate / benchmark knowledge and proven experience of cost estimating
• Experience of managing, coaching and mentoring a team
• Experience of building relationships with clients and working closely with external stakeholders
• Management experience of successful project delivery from inception to handover
