Senior Operational Risk Manager

The Role

• Risk Business Partnering to provide expert challenge and oversight on the application of the Risk Management and Operational Resilience frameworks across the UK&I businesses.
• You will report to the Risk Director and work within the Compliance, Risk and Data Privacy function. You will be supporting the UK Chief Compliance & Risk Officer (CCRO) on all matters relating to compliance, regulatory, operational, and enterprise risk.
• Additionally, the you will support business leaders in embedding an Operational Resilience framework and develop, draft, implement, and maintain company-wide manuals, policies, plans, and procedures for consistent implementation of Risk Management and Operational Resilience.
• You will be maintaining the Policy Management framework, supporting delivery of risk management fora and governance reporting, and raising business awareness of Risk Management and Operational Resilience.

Your experience

• You will have recent experience in Operational Resilience, risk governance and reporting, policy management, and/or RCSA preferred. you will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, Finance, Data, and HR from a heavily regulated industry.
