Job Purpose

As a Senior Data Scientist, you are passionate about all things data. You’ll be involved in the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with data engineers, software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and key stakeholders across the organization to deliver the best digital experiences for our users using data-driven decisions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own the ML domain and be comfortable making key decisions to help deliver our business goals
  • Develop and apply statistical models and analysis to solve real-time problems
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
  • Implement data orchestration pipelines, data sourcing, cleansing, and QC processes
  • Document and maintain data architecture

Experience Required

  • Proven record of applying ML at scale with large data sets to develop predictive models
  • Working experience with Python/.NET
  • Experience with Azure tech stack and PowerBI
  • Understanding of relational and warehousing database technology (SQL)
  • Knowledge of some form of Lean software development methodology (eg, Agile SCRUM)
  • Demonstrate flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business
