School Business Manager

Contract: Permanent post, full time TTO only +2 weeks, or AYR, part time preferably, min 0.6 FTE

Salary Range: PO3, up to £45,711 (dependant on hours negotiated and continuous service)

Start date: July 2023 or sooner

The Headteacher and Governors at Kate Greenaway Nursery School invite applications from highly motivated, experienced, knowledgeable, and organised individuals with energy and vision to join our excellent and dedicated team as our new School Business Manager.

We are open to candidates from the education, public or private sectors who have the right aptitude and who feel confident managing both strategic and operational areas.

The successful candidate will:

• Be experienced at school business management, (ideal), or highly relevant finance and resources management (essential)
• Be a strategic thinker
• Have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of - and manage a team
• Have excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Be innovative in using new technology to enhance efficiency and communication
• Be excited by the prospect of playing a senior role to support us in advancing our school systems
