We have an excellent opportunity working for a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property Maintenance sector. We’re recruiting for Scheduler Administrators to work at their site based near Meadowhall, Sheffield.

Key Purpose:

Key point of contact for engineers, ensuring work is efficiently and effectively planned and co-ordinated. The post-holder will be responsible for the administering and management of reactive and planned fabric, mechanical and electrical works, within a designated geographical area. The role will require focus on continuous improvement, speed and proficiency of internal processes, ensuring client expectations are achieved whilst keeping engineer non-productive time to an absolute minimum.

You will:

  • Understand client service level agreements including budgets and rates.
  • Plan/co-ordinate/allocate engineer workload.
  • Ensure allocations match engineer skills and experience.
  • Liaise with client sites and record access arrangements.
  • Plan & administrate joint visits with other specialist contractors.
  • Providing real time approval of engineer timesheets.
  • Co-ordinate full cycle of works to ensure the smooth transition to invoicing.
  • Escalate work-in-progress/engineer issues to Managers when required.
  • PDA support and client logging in/out requirements).
  • Provide work-in-progress updates to internal and external customers.
  • Manage engineer holidays to ensure adequate cover at all times.
  • Participate on the out of hours call out rota.

You will need:

  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • Good administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks at one time.
  • Great attention to detail.

In return:

  • Temp to Perm contract for the right candidate
  • Mon to Fri, 40hours
  • Pay Rate is £10.90ph
