Overall Aim

• Identify business development opportunities within the UK & Ireland market.
• Supporting the lead generation and pre-sales function in the business development team.
• Drive brand awareness of Zalaris within the UK & Ireland.

Your Responsibilities

As a business development executive, you will be supporting the lead generation and pre-sales function within the business development team by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibility areas and tasks may change according to business needs, but the primary focus will include:

• Researching and pursuing new business leads
• Building strong commercial relationships
• Generating marketing material
• Driving local brand awareness
• Actively coordinating across teams and managing team demands
• Representing Zalaris professionally and positively within the market

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A positive, confident. and determined approach.
• A high degree of self-motivation.
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to present and communicate confidently to all levels of seniority.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft packages
• Strong negotiation skills
