About Our Client

The organisation is a well established insurance business who are looking to double their headcount in Cardiff over the next 12 months. You will be joining the business at an exciting period of growth and transition and support it's customergrowth and sales.

The organisation in based in Cardiff City Centre accessible by major transport links. Hybrid working is available after successful probation.

Shfits will fall within the below operational hours (typically you are required to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month):

Operational Hours:8:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday
10:00am to 5:00pm Sunday
9:00am to 5:00pm Bank HolidaysWe offer a starting salary of £25,000, inclusive of a training bonus of £250 for the first 6 months. This is to support you on your journey to maximising your commission earning potential. From six months onwards the OTE is a very realistic £35,000 or more with our generous Commission Scheme and quarterly Elite Bonus. (basic £22K)

You will need to identify customers' needs to provide appropriate optional extras so you can maximise your sales opportunities.
