Job Description

Health & Safety Officer position working for Safety Panda based in a pharmaceutical factory, the role will be site based 5 days a week. You will be supported by a Senior Consultant from Safety Panda to assist in duties and will report to the Client Operations Manager and Safety Panda Director.

Duties will include:

• General Day to Day Health & Safety for the site
• Maintaining the company risk assessments, method statements and COSHH register etc
• Managing sub-contractors on site including permit to work
• Daily site inspections and checks
• Site audits & inspections
• Maintaining GMP Processes and Documentation
• Working with Engineering, Quality and Operations Departments
• Delivering basic training and toolbox talks to site staff

Full list of duties will be discussed at interview stage

Minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate required

Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing Industry desirable Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 16.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 3pm.
