Registered Manager

We're looking for a Home Care Registered Manager to join our Sheffield branch.

Hours: 9 am-5pm Mon-Fri (plus on call and weekend cover on a rota basis)

40 Hours per Week

As their Registered Manager, you will be someone with a real passion for care, be an inspirational leader and you will be essential to the successful running of the service and helping it grow to exciting new levels. What you'll do

  • To provide leadership to the administration, care staff and people management functions of Royalcare Health homecare
  • Marketing the Service and selling its services at the agreed prices
  • To maintain the operations of Royalcare Health homecare at the standard agreed with the Registered provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the provider
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
  • Recruitment of staff
  • Induct new starters in accordance with Royalcare Health homecare policy
  • Lead, motivate and direct staff
  • Conduct staff supervision and annual staff appraisals for all heads of department
  • Develop staff to full potential ensuring succession planning for Royalcare Health homecare

Who we are looking for

  • You will hold a Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care or willing to enroll on it
  • Hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Managing budgets
  • Experience of working with service users, in particular who have additional support needs
