Salary: £25k basic salary + up to £18k uncapped OTE

Role:

As a Graduate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to become an industry specialist within one of their core sectors and develop your skills across recruitment and business development!

• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the business, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with candidates
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Networking across the European region and utilise effective search techniques to identify the top talent and opportunities in your industry
• Directly impact exciting and important projects across Europe, matching qualified candidates with leading clients and opportunities

This role will provide you with a strong foundation in recruitment fundamentals and industry knowledge, setting you up for a successful career in the technical staffing industry!

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
• Drive and ambition
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen
• Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
