Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with an well-regarded organisation in the health sector, to source a driven, engaging and personable HR practitioner for the following assingment:

Location: Hertfordshire (hybrid working)

Contract: Three months +

Rate: £235.74 per day Ltd.

Your duties will include:

• Leading a team of staff delivering high quality operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to leaving, with the exception of training and employee relations work
• Designing and implementing streamlined, robust recruitment and operational HR processes, to minimise duplication and bureaucracy in order to provide an efficient experience
• Leading the development of a medium to long term recruitment plan for the organisation, considering all options including the possibility of closer working with partners
• Developing recruitment strategies and solutions in partnership with the HR team, to reflect corporate aims, objectives and service needs
• Providing clear and consistent expert advice to managers and staff on all aspects of recruitment, workforce information and HR operations
• Ensuring that the recruitment team undertakes administration efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory guidelines
• Ensuring that all HR administration and information reporting is carried out in a timely manner, meeting internal quality standards and KPIs, relevant national frameworks and legal requirements
• Providing expert advice on recruitment and selection to recruiting managers and designing and delivering specialist recruitment and selection management training

The successful candidate should have:

• Experience leading a team
• Sound understanding of employment law
• Demonstrable experience in the public sector
