The position would be ideal for a college leaver or recent University graduate who is keen to pursue a fulfilling and rewarding career in recruitment. With this said, we will still strongly consider individuals outside of this.

The Role

  • You’ll work closely with the MD to attract and resource candidates for open positions
  • The role will require you to identify candidates for roles by matching skills, experiences and personal traits to ensure they will succeed in given positions.
  • Navigate across job boards such as REED and CV library to source and liaise with prospects
  • Be active on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to network and speak with prospects via direct messaging
  • Build and maintain rapport with candidates and clients by calling, emailing and texting or WhatsApp when necessary
  • Attend networking and business events to help build our brand
  • Arrange and meet candidates for coffee, lunch and dinners to build deeper rapport
  • Be passionate about connecting and up skilling people to help them confidently take the next step in their careers.

Salary up to £35k pa OTE (On Target Earnings)
