We are looking for a recruiter to join our team in Lancaster. As a recruiter you will proactively source, select and build a pipeline of high quality, engaged Care Professionals. You will be responsible for delivering a responsive end to end recruitment service that incorporates a great candidate experience. The role will also involve some HR aspects so the ideal candidate will also have experience in HR or be willing to undertake courses in this area.
