Casual Receptionist
Crosby Lakeside has undergone a transformation at with improvements being made to the Leisure provision as well as a refurbishment of the Hospitality side of the facility.
An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team who will be dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service to our valued customers.
The post which is critical to the successful operation of Crosby Lakeside requires a skilled and highly committed individual who can act as a host at Lakeside and will be dedicated to delivering excellent customer care daily to our vast cliental.
Main responsibilities will include greeting customers, dealing with enquiries face to face and over the telephone as well as taking bookings and reconciling all monies at the end of the shift.
The salary is all encompassing and inclusive of unsocial hours payment, shift pay, and weekend enhancements. As the post is casual available hours will vary around holidays, sickness absence and the needs of the service.
As this is a casual position covering for annual leave, sickness absence and large events, hours will vary from week to week.

Supervision for projects will be available, and support may also be available from hospital audit departments. Full time - 40 hours per week (plus on-calls).
37.5 hours per week (Some weekend and out of hours working may be required). As a Junior Programme Lead you will partner-up with one of the Senior Programme
The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. Competitive holiday allowance (with the option to buy more days).
Previous experience in a customer service role or knowledge of cycling would be great, but this is not essential.
