Job Description
Brook Street is looking to recruit an experienced, organised Project Support Officer for our Government client based in Coventry City centre.
Other locations - Sheffield
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
We are looking for someone who will provide management support and operate with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgement in completing assignments.
Responsibilities
Responsible for communicating directly with stakeholders and supporting through the on-boarding process, recording relevant details of current and proposed solution inputting it into a Project Database.
Maintaining a strong sense of commercial awareness whilst developing knowledge of Education Technology during involvement with the programme.
Support the team to deliver by identifying risks and issues, escalating where appropriate. While it would not be expected that risks can be mitigated at this level, it would be expected they
Providing administrative and project support to the programme, from inception to close.
Maintain and enforce a document library
Maintain strong document standards and management
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience and knowledge of procurement guidelines
Experience of good engagement and building relationships with various stakeholders
Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal, with an eye for detail and good diary management
Experience of working within complex documentation across a variety of platforms within a single library enforcing strong document standards
Ability to identify risks and issues, escalating them where appropriate
The ability to work remotely both at home and on-site, on your own initiative and as part of a team
Full time position - 37 hours Monday - Friday
Pay rate - £13.47 per hour.
