This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend, on occasion, your closest geographical office. Either London, Chesterfield or Glasgow.

I am looking for a talented Program and Project Office Administrator to join Transformation Office Team.


About the Role

You’ll provide support to the Transformation Office Team on all aspects of programme and project delivery. In doing so, you will ensure that programmes and projects are delivered on time and within budget, and you will need flexibility to work across multiple programmes and business units.


You’ll work with key project stakeholders to improve the projects/programmes control processes and associated documentation. Log and validate project and programme activities, deliverables, risks/issues, and dependencies, driving completion of any actions and support programme/project resource management and tracking.



You’ll ensure timely and accurate management information is provided to support decision making and deliver consistent, robust, and effective project/programme governance, control, and reporting. Provide board/meeting support to programme/project managers, recording and following up on actions as necessary.

About You

To truly excel in this role, you’ll possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:

  • Highly effective communication skills and able establish key and senior stakeholder relationships (up to and including Director level)
  • You must have the ability to work effectively in fast moving environment and adopt a ‘can-do’ approach to problem solving and can analyse and interpret data.
  • You will also need to support on multiple projects/programmes simultaneously, so it is important you have excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Highly experienced in Microsoft Office Software
  • An understanding of planning software such as Planview would also be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
  • An understanding of PRINCE 2 methodologies or P3M framework would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
