This post will provide comprehensive, high level administrative and management support to ensure the efficient development and delivery of the online Applied Paediatrics postgraduate programme (PGCert/PGDip/MSc) and the associated short courses. The post holder will work closely with the Programme Lead, teaching fellows, e-learning technologist and the subject matter experts. The post holder is required to work collaboratively to establish good working relationships with academic and administrative staff within the Department, as well as other staff across the Faculty of Medicine (FoM) and College central services (including Registry, the Graduate School and the Continuing Professional Development team). The post holder is also required to establish good working relationships with external academics including external examiners and project supervisors. The post holder will work independently, resolving problems as required, reporting to the Programme Lead and Education Coordinator (and Education Manager as necessary) on progress and outcomes.
This is a Part time and Open ended post (17.5 hours a week).
