As a Product Manager - AV Managed Services, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of innovative products and services that meet the needs of our customers and partners. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements. You will also conduct market research, competitive analysis, user feedback, and data-driven decision making to deliver products that create value and delight for our users.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
-Collaborate w/ the CTO Office to define and communicate product vision and strategy across the organization and to external stakeholders

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify customer problems and needs
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Develop and prioritize product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap
- Create and maintain product documentation, such as product briefs, user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc.
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define and execute go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, promotion, and launch activities
- Monitor and measure product adoption, retention, satisfaction, and revenue impact
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the product

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience in developing and launching products or services in the areas of digital transformation, Microsoft & Cisco solutions, unified communications or enterprise collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating innovative solutions that solve customer problems and create value
Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles in IT or software industry
