This is an opportunity for a Product Manager to join a thriving, successful and growing business. Reporting into the Commercial Supply Chain Director you will manage and oversee new and current product lines from conception through launch in accordance with strict timelines and budgets.

This is an opportunity to partner and liaise with various stakeholders throughout the business and suppliers, to develop, review, showcase and market these new and existing ranges.

What we need from you?
  • Execute and deliver a first-class introduction of core and portfolio items from concept to launch.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to support development of new and existing product ranges.
  • Chair and manage weekly update meetings to ensure consistent development of projects whilst liaising closely with design, modelling, manufacturing, finance and supply.
  • An organised and self-motivated approach to working under pressure, negotiating with suppliers and mentoring other team members.
  • Previous experience within a similar product development role, ideally within a manufacturing business.
