Experian Consumer Services (ECS) serves over 12 million UK consumers helping them to understand, grow and monitor their Experian credit score and report. We are the most trusted consumer credit brand in the UK. We pride ourselves on understanding our customer and delivering the best possible outcome to ensure users are seen in the best possible light when applying for credit cards, loans or other credit products.
The ECS Score and Report product domain is a core part of the ECS business, responsible for 95% of our customer base. The Score and Report domain collaborates with the entire Experian UK business to deliver cross business unit initiatives generating value for our consumer and B2B customers.
Work that matters - What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will take the lead in understanding customer insights and working collaboratively with stakeholders to design solutions that meet the needs of customers.
This will involve taking existing transformation work concepts to delivery ensuring the customer need is met and measuring the benefit, ensuring alignment of concepts and features across the business, building the longer term product road map for the Score and Report domain and generating insights to support the product roadmap from market research and customer use data.
What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
Understanding of a regulated business and how it operates
Ability to clearly communicate, influence and engage with engineering, design, legal and compliance and other key stakeholders
A passion, determination, and tenacity to drive change, at pace, to deliver customer and business value
Previous experience in a Product Manager role, ideally in a financial services role or a subscription product role
Experience of working in cross disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results
Experience of agile working methodologies and best practices
Experience and understanding of testing and monitoring of product features
Strong commercial understanding
