Based in South Kensington, London with easy access to South Kensington and Gloucester Road Tube stations Imperial College ICT are looking for a CRM Product Engineer to join our Student Lifecycle CRM squad.
Working for the 6th ranked university in Europe by Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) and 23rd in the world the CRM Product Engineer will play a critical part in the transformation of the experience delivered for applicants, students and alumni of Imperial College London.
- Development of Imperial’s Student CRM product, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- What you build you run – support the Student CRM product operationally.
- Work with your squad to implement the product roadmap, identifying opportunities for using technology to further enhance the experience for students and to support staff in working efficiently.
- As part of the Student Lifecycle product line drive best practices for agile ways of working.
- As the Student CRM product is continuously developed, provide support for existing CRM products until they are consolidated into the single student CRM.
- Where required engage with suppliers to resolve operational issues.
- Engaging with teams across Imperial College London, ensuring value is delivered through the student CRM product.
- Experience working as a D365 developer using D365 Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Apps, plus Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Proven experience of working in an Agile team and understanding of the methodology
- Works across various stages of the Dynamics 365 lifecycle.
- Able to work across teams and collaborate on problem solving where required
This is a full time and open ended position, and you will be based in out South Kensington Campus.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
