Job Description:

At DXC we have a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, where we manage their personal lending business. We provide support to customers, contacting us regarding their loan account.

We are looking for colleagues to join our team of Print & Mail Room Operators putting our customers at the heart of everything we do every day. Is that you?

Responsibilities:

• Managing and organising print batches based on priority and SLA
• Running printing jobs within output quality requirements
• Sorting the output and preparing for postal distribution
• Preparing incoming post for scanning into digital workflow application
• Manage consumable stocks to keep the print operation functions flowing with no loss of service
• Consumable replenishment within printers, scanners and envelope filling machine.

Key skills:

• Ability to activate print jobs
• Ability to use suite of high volume printers
• Ability to use envelope filling machine
• Be able to plan and manage demand and supply of printer consumables such as leaflets/inserts, paper, envelopes, toners etc
• Be account holder for ordering consumables,
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Report (raise incidents) with internal and 3rd party support company issues with the printers/scanners/mailer and manage onsite maintenance and resolution of such incidents

Work Environment

The role is office based, in a newly refurbished, dedicated print/mail environment within a busy contact centre on the Cobalt Business Park.

Our Print & Mail Room Operators working hours are between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday with a 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (2 hours), as TOIL or Overtime.
