AJPHARM LTD is a small business in Thornton Heath. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to provide an efficient , responsive and timely service to our patients. We are a DSP pharmacy with an in house travel and phlebotomy clinic. We are looking for a candidate who is a pharmacist with previous management experience and is also a vaccinator.

We are searching for an enthusiastic, personable and highly motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the community pharmacy business, outstanding communication skills and a reputation for being well-organized. In addition to providing front-line support to our customers and clinical services to our customers and staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the pharmacist to manage and execute store operations.
• Ensure that the store is operating in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and ensure optimum knowledge of products sold in the store.
• Grow clientele base through effective prospecting techniques.
• Manage and train pharmacy staff.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external clients related to business operations, products, services, and promotions.
• Keeping the pharmacy stocked, clean, and ready for clientele.
• Coordinate with other outside vendors to ensure a smooth flow of incoming shipments.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £42,530.85-£50,696.16 per year
