We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Advisor to assist customers in locating auto parts. Our Parts Advisor will answer questions about product compatibility, correct maintenance, and warranty issues. The ideal candidate for this position has an extensive knowledge of both auto parts and manufacturing warranties. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with the public and driving economic growth to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers over the phone.
• Enter customer information into computer.
• Provide technical support for in-house and third party products.
• Aid customers with installation of parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,005.00-£24,955.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
