Job Description

Hours: 8 hours per week part time post. This will include evening and Weekend support as and when required.

Salary: - £11.83 per hour, INCLUSIVE OF TRAVEL ALLOWANCE

plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata.

Must have a clean driver licence and use of own vehicle.

The position would suit someone energetic and outgoing who is able to work weekdays as well as at the weekend.

Hours to be discussed at interview. Approximately 8 hours per week, the hours would be to support and assist a teenager with getting ready, support with getting out to do activities, some personal care support may be required on occasions.

This post is to provide support to a young person who has additional support needs. She has a sociable nature and enjoys, soft play, swimming, the cinema, dancing, music, and is keen to source groups in the community that she could join with likeminded people .

Probationary Period attached is 6 months to this post. During this period, either party can end the employment by giving the other one weeks’ notice.
