In delivering this the Operational Property Division provides full, high quality property consultancy services to clients within both TfL and the wider GLA Group family.
The Property Asset Register Team manages and maintains TfL’s land ownership using GIS and CAD based systems, creates insight and innovation for Estates Management and supports the wider business with a variety of property matters.
The Role
With a very strong background in GIS or AutoCAD, you will lead on the production of drawings using various types of CAD and GIS datasets and provide a professional service to our customers in relation to land and property enquiries. You will develop and support the automation to improve business processes for the department. In addition, you will provide high level business and technical support to the Property Asset Register (PAR) Team, Operational Property Services and the Estates Management Directorate.
