Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data & Analytics team which is accountable for the timely execution of technology & analytics projects across Network Management and UK Outsourcing (UKO).
Job responsibilities:
- Project Delivery of a range of transformation initiatives.
- Defining problem statements, gathering & defining requirements, and prioritizing delivery in partnership with the Network Management & UKO teams.
- Partnering in c ross-functional teams including the Business, Technology, Operations and Data & Analytics team.
- Leading business analysts through the project lifecycle, providing support and guidance as well as coaching and direction.
- Managing, tracking and reporting to management the Project delivery from initiation through scope, requirements, build, testing, operational readiness and implementation.
- Management, escalation and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong project management & business analysis skills with track record of consistent execution
- Business process reengineering experience, a tenacity to search to root cause of issues and the ability to lead efforts to define and implement creative solutions
- Experience of prioritization of programs of work and responses to complex issues
- Ability to interpret issues raised, and prioritize to key stakeholders regarding resolution plans and expectations
- Ability to consistently deliver results with little direct supervision knowing when to seek assistance or escalate
- Ability to define processes and use of data across operational flows
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience of people management and leading team
- Experience in the Financial Services industry, with an understanding of the products and markets in which the investment bank operates
