WGM Engineering have an excellent opportunity for an Mechanical Engineer to join our E&M division on a permanent basis covering various sites throughout the Central belt of Scotland. The overall purpose for the role is to deliver mechanical maintenance, refurbishment and new installation works including testing & pre-commissioning activities.
Main duties and responsibilities
To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous mechanical engineering experience ideally working within the waste water sector, the ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to work as part of team as well and on your own initiative. The ideal candidate will Preferably have a recognized apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering plus the satisfactory completion of a relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
