An incredible opportunity has arisen - our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic and growing team, stationed at their cutting-edge manufacturing hub in Milton Keynes. This role requires a team player with exceptional mechanical assembly skills and a solid foundation in hydraulic and electrical fitting and installation. Responsibilities:

Primarily mechanical assembly, with some hydraulic installation and electrical wiring operations
Compliance with health and safety standards
Flexible to further develop and enhance skills through a range of manufacturing process stages and production/product cells / lines
Continuous improvement/elimination of waste, through ‘Lean Manufacturing' techniques
Working as a team player to achieve customer quality, delivery, cost and innovation requirements

Package:

Hours will be 08.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday with mandatory structured overtime dependent on Production requirements

Guaranteed basic starting salary £26,915 per annum - OTE £37,500
The role has structured skill levels in place, with scope to increase the basic hourly rate from £11.69 to £14.08 per hour!
Level A - Overtime paid at premium rate of £17.54 - £21.12 per hour (i.e. x 1.5)
Level B – Overtime paid at premium rate of £23.38 - £28.16 per hour (i.e. x 2.0)
Plus, a monthly bonus based on business performance - £375 to £450 average but guaranteed at a minimum of £50 per week
