You will be responsible for all aspects of Driving Test operational management within a given DVSA sector. This involves leading, managing, motivating and inspiring staff across the sector to deliver excellent service with a strong commitment to driving and delivering business efficiencies, maintaining the integrity of the driving test and contributing to the wider safe driving principles. You will line manage 10 - 12 members of staff across a number of test centre locations.
Alongside this you will ensure that a consistent high standard of customer service across the sector including professional and courteous customer contact.
This role is office based and if successful you will be required to attend the office 5 days a week.

If you do not already hold the following, you must be willing to work towards this once in role:
Authorised by the Secretary of State to conduct the official Category B Driving Test (Examiner Warrant Card – Driving Examiner NVQ level 3).
This role requires occasional travel to other DVSA sites with the possibility of occasional overnight stays.
