Legal Assistant - Appointment Setter – Centurion EPG
Chichester, West Sussex
Salary £10ph – 12ph after 3-month probationary period (Uncapped Commission)

Your Role

As an Appointment Setter you will be looking after our warm leads that come via our website. You will give our clients a soft sales approach, offering an outstanding level of customer service, whilst treating all of our clients with the upmost confidentiality and trust. Whilst you will be calling our leads, you will be part of a relaxed office environment and not a call centre. We are after individuals who enjoy building rapport with customers so they feel trusted by us. This is an extremely rewarding role offering uncapped commission.

You will receive full training and support throughout the job role. Salary will increase to £12ph after your 3-month probationary period.

Shifts will vary and will be on rota with the following:

Monday to Friday – 09:00AM – 14:00PM

Monday to Friday – 14:00PM – 20:00PM

Sunday 09:00AM – 14:00PM

Sunday 12:00PM – 20:00PM

Duties

• Speaking with clients by telephone, who have enquired via our website
• Identifying the clients’ requirements and giving them information on the services that may be suitable for them
• Booking in appointments with one of our Estate Planners covering the client’s area
• Understand travel times between appointments in order to allocate appointment slots for our Estate Planners

Experience

• Experience in customer service roles
• Previous experience in a sales role would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided.

The Candidate

• Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable on the telephone
• A positive attitude and friendly approach
• Must have an empathetic nature
• Confident with communication, building client rapport and a great attention to detail
• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft, Word, Excel and Email
• Be happy to work shifts that will alternate
